1. Who We Are
Tax Funds is operated by MV3 Co., Inc., 7283 NC Hwy 42 W, Raleigh, NC 27603. Tax Funds is a financing marketplace connecting businesses with IRS tax debt to alternative lenders. We are not a lender, bank, CPA firm, or law firm.
2. Nature of Service
Tax Funds does not: make lending decisions, set loan rates or terms, guarantee financing, provide tax or legal advice, or represent you before the IRS. All lenders are independent third parties. Any loan agreement is between you and the lender, not Tax Funds.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+, a legally authorized business representative with authority to bind the business, and have a minimum of 0,000 in IRS or state tax debt.
4. Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information submitted is true and accurate. Providing false information to obtain financing constitutes fraud and may result in civil and criminal liability.
5. Consent to Contact and TCPA
By submitting your application, you consent to Tax Funds and its lender partners contacting you at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated telephone systems and text messages, for the purpose of discussing financing options. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. Text STOP to opt out. Revoke by emailing info@taxfunds.com.
6. Compensation
Tax Funds is free to users. We receive compensation from lenders when a match results in a funded loan. See our Advertising Disclosure.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TAX FUNDS DOES NOT GUARANTEE FINANCING WILL BE OFFERED OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
8. Limitation of Liability
TAX FUNDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED 00.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold Tax Funds harmless from any claims arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or false information you provide.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Wake County, NC under AAA rules. You waive class action rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law.
