  • Type and approximate amount of tax debt
  • Situational details you voluntarily describe

Automatically collected:

  • Pages visited, time on site, referral source
  • General geographic location (city/state level) from IP

3. How We Use Your Information

By submitting an application, you expressly consent to Tax Funds sharing your information with lenders in our network. This IS the service you request. Lenders are independent entities subject to their own privacy policies and applicable financial privacy laws including GLBA.

4.2 Service Providers

We share data with website hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM, and payment processing providers who are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

4.3 Legal Requirements

6. Other State Privacy Rights

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide our service and comply with legal obligations. Financial records are typically retained 7 years under federal law. You may request deletion subject to these requirements.
