California Residents: Under CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. This page explains our practices and how to exercise your rights.
Do We Sell Personal Information?
Tax Funds does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may share cookie identifiers and usage data with analytics and advertising partners in ways that may constitute “sharing” under CCPA. We do not share your name, financial details, tax debt information, email, or phone number with advertising platforms.
Core Service Sharing
When you submit an application, we share your information with lenders. This IS the service you request and is necessary to fulfill your explicit request. It may be exempt from CCPA opt-out rights under California Civil Code Section 1798.140(t)(2). You may withdraw consent by contacting us, which means we cannot connect you with lenders.
How to Opt Out

- Install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-on
- Manage preferences at Google Ad Settings
- Block third-party cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid CCPA opt-out
Submit a Formal Request

Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate for exercising CCPA rights. Note: opting out of core lender sharing means we cannot provide our marketplace service.
